Pricing

Prices displayed on the website or in any official Hibah communication, including emails, newsletters, or catalogues, may change without prior notice.

Final prices are confirmed on the invoice issued before payment is made.

All prices exclude postage and packaging. Delivery charges are shown separately on the invoice.

Payment Terms

  • Goods are dispatched only after full payment is received. Hibah does not offer credit, lay-byes, or purchases on account.
  • Orders are released only once payment has cleared and is reflected in our bank account. Clearance may take between 3 and 10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Payment must be made within 3 days of the purchase date. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled and a new order must be placed.
  • Cash deposits at the bank are no longer accepted. Payments are accepted via EFT or credit card only.
  • Due to high levels of fraud, any additional or incorrect amounts paid into our bank account will not be refunded until a full audit and verification process is completed. Please ensure that your payment matches the invoice amount exactly.

Dispatch and Responsibility

Hibah assumes no responsibility for parcels once they have left our premises.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery fee of R100.00 applies nationwide within the Republic of South Africa. This fee is subject to change.

Delivery Method and Timeframes

  • Hibah will use the most suitable courier service available based on location and delivery efficiency.
  • Delivery typically takes between 1 and 3 working days after dispatch.
  • We will share tracking details for your parcel with you once we dispatch your order.

Delivery Address and Receipt

Courier deliveries are made to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

Backorders and Waiting Periods

If your order includes items with waiting periods, the full order will be shipped only once all items have been received from our suppliers, unless otherwise agreed.
