Returns Policy


1.        Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours within which to inform Hibah of any errors/discrepancies/returns. An email must be submitted to info@hibah.co.za detailing the exact nature of the problem/s. Should we not receive communication via email within 24 hours of receipt of your package, it will be assumed that there are no returns/errors/defective products.

2.        Hibah will not reimburse incorrect orders submitted to us or allow changes/exchanges unless the error is on the part of Hibah.

3.        Hibah will not exchange or refund products which have been damaged/altered due to an action or negligence of the purchaser. This includes ironing, normal wear and tear, storage of products etc.

4.        In the event of the purchase of a wrong size/colour etc,the purchaser should contact Hibah and request for an exchange. An email detailing such request  must be submitted to info@hibah.co.za

5.        In the event of a product being returned and Hibah agrees to it, the postage costs are for the account of the purchaser unless the return is as a result of an error on the part of Hibah.
